Plickers – Collect real-time formative assessment data without the need for student devices

Quizizz is a fun multiplayer classroom activity, that allows all your students to practice together. Self-paced quizzes for students. Works on any device. Create your own quizzes or “borrow” quizzes created by others.

Formative – Students can type, show their work with drawings or submit images. You can add “content” to worksheets!

Interact and Learn from Videos:

EduCanon – free tool that allows you to embed questions and explanations to YouTube videos. Teachers can setup classes, assign videos to students, monitor student responses and see learning needs in real time.

EdPuzzle – “Make any video your lesson” – Use video from YouTube, TED Talks,  Khan Academy, National Geographic and more to create a “mashup” – crop, add your voice, embed a quiz! An iOS app is supposed to be coming out soon!
